About Christopher A. Meccariello
As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Christopher’s responsibilities are wide – overseeing all areas of loan operations including loan underwriting, application processing, closing, servicing, compliance and liquidation. As COO he is also responsible for establishing and implementing internal systems and controls, employee training and development and Lender training and development. Christopher takes an active leadership role in structuring and navigating complex loan transactions, customer relationship management, negotiating client contracts and agreements, managing vendor relationships, and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
Christopher’s experience in the finance industry has been centered upon all phases of the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Government Guaranteed lending process. In addition, he has successfully underwritten and closed a broad array of commercial conventional and alternative loan transactions. Prior to joining IFS, he was with a Pennsylvania-based SBA Certified Development Company and Lender Service Provider.
Christopher is a graduate of Albright College and holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
